Commission Work-Session Backup Materials

Commission work-session backup materials are documents or other media filed with the TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk by TCEQ staff pertaining to an item on the agenda for a commission work session. Commissioners receive these materials as a briefing packet.

There are two ways you can access these backup materials.

Online

We post an agenda for each upcoming work session in Portable Document Format (PDF) on the Upcoming Commission Work Sessions page. These agendas list each matter the commissioners wish to consider at that session. The item numbers in the agendas contain links to their respective backup materials.

Backup materials may be revised. Revisions are noted with a purple icon, which includes the date and time the changes were made.

Some materials, such as those of irregular size (for example, oversized maps), are not available online. You can, however, view these documents in person in our office (see below).

In Person

You can view all work-session agenda backup materials in person, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at:
