TxLED Producer and Importer Registration
All diesel fuel producers and importers must register with the TCEQ by no later than 45 days after the first date that diesel fuel from their production or import facilities is made available for use in any of the 110 Texas counties affected by the Texas Low Emission Diesel (TxLED) regulations. The ID Summary lists all producers and importers currently registered with the TxLED program, including company names, their ID numbers, and their cities and states.
