On December 22, 2008, (Federal Register, Vol. 73, No. 246, Page 78199) the EPA finalized the LDAR AWP to detect fugitive emission leaks from equipment. The purpose of these meetings is to provide stakeholders with information about the goals of the LDAR AWP Stakeholder Group and to solicit stakeholder input on issues of use, monitoring, quantification, SIP implications and other related technologies. The LDAR AWP Stakeholder Group will be an open participation stakeholder group; therefore, anyone who wishes to join the group may attend the meetings.
