Consideration of a request by Brushy Creek Water Control & Improvement District No.1-A (District) to grant a variance to the minimum hydrologic criteria design standards for dams pursuant to Title 30, Section 299.18 of the Texas Administrative Code. The District currently has twenty-three dams in its area, seventeen of which are classified as high hazard dams that do not meet the design requirements to withstand 100% of the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF).
