The U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of
Advocacy (Advocacy) created the Regulatory Review and Reform
(r3) Initiative to reform regulations that affect small businesses
but may be ineffective, duplicative, or out of date.
The Advocacy accepts and reviews recommendations ("nominations")
from small business owners then issues a final list of regulations
it will review for potential reform.
