Staff will be available statewide to help you—day or night,
seven days a week.
You may call your regional office any
time, too, and:
- leave a message, which agency staff will receive the next
working day, or
- be directed by voice message to the hot-line number.
The TCEQ began offering after-hours options in January, as part
of a pilot project. The results will help us determine how best to
serve you after hours.
