Permits Complaints Enforcement
Here you may query the online database to find out who in local
government is authorized to issue permits, investigate complaints,
and enforce the requirements of the TCEQs program for septic
systems, known as the On-Site Sewage Facilities program.
If a city, county, or special district has not been authorized
to do so, the TCEQ regional office will issue permits, investigate
complaints, and enforce the OSSF requirements.
