Sampling Stations: Surface Water Quality

Use of the data files provided below requires a certain knowledge of the file structures and protocols of the state's surface water quality monitoring program.

If you want to obtain surface water quality data on specific water bodies in report format, please call the TCEQ's Data Clearinghouse at 512/239-DATA.

Sampling stations are sites where surface water quality data are collected by the TCEQ and its partner agencies (such as the US Geological Survey, the Clean Rivers Program, the Texas Department of Health, or the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department). The station information data describes the location of each sampling station and gives its identification number.
