About the Panel
The Panel was a voluntary group that worked with the TCEQ’s
TMDL Program on its project to restore water quality in Patrick
Bayou (Segment 1006A). The TCEQ worked with interested stakeholders
to form a group with balanced representation for government,
permitted facilities, agriculture, business, environmental, and
community interests in the Patrick Bayou watershed. The Panel no
longer meets, but might be reconvened if further TMDL development
is needed.
