The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) solicited
comments and recommendations from the PST Advisory Group. The
Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Rules Advisory Group met on proposed
changes to the Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) rules in 30 TAC,
Chapter 334, Subchapters A, D, and H to incorporate statutory
changes from the 79th Legislative Session.
About The PST Rules
Advisory Group
In order to obtain advice, recommendations, and suggestions from
affected or interested persons, the PST Rules Advisory Group was
formed to solicit comments on proposed changes to the PST rules
effective November 18, 2004. That group addressed proposed rule
changes associated with applicable statutory changes from the 79th
Legislative Session. A list of the members
