Under Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 330,
Subchapter P (Fees and Reports), "All registered or permitted
facility operators are required to submit reports to the commission
covering the types and amounts of waste processed or disposed of at
the facility or process location. . . ." TCEQ staff
analyze the data provided in these reports and publish a summary
report annually, Municipal Solid Waste in Texas: A Year in
Review (TCEQ publication AS-187). Reports from MSW facilities
as well as the summary report are based on the Texas state fiscal
year, which runs from September 1 of the prior year to
August 31. For example, FY2008 began September 1, 2007, and
ended August 31, 2008; therefore, all references to 2008 are to
fiscal year 2008.

forms are for the members of the Regulated Community that are
required to file an MSW Annual Report. The PDF version does
