Presentations
The DCRP, has developed and presented several presentations. The
programs can be viewed in the PDF format.
On June
21, 2007 a presentation was given to the Texas Association of
Environmental Professionals in Houston, Texas. Topics covered
were:
- Overview of the original law and supplemental legislation,
- Six major points of HB 3220,
- Updated current registration fees and types of
registrations,
- Updates of fund revenues and disbursements,
- Questions and Answers.
On May
1, 2007 a program update was presented to the TCEQ
Environmental Fair in Austin, Texas. Topics covered were:
- Overview of the original law and supplemental legislation,
- Current registration fees and types of registrations,
- Explanation of performance standards,
- Updates of Fund Revenues and disbursements,
- Explanation of opting out of the remediation program,
- Benefits to owner/operator.
On January
25, 2007 a program update was presented to the Korean
Drycleaners Association in Fort Worth, Texas. Topics covered
were:
- Overview of the law including recent legislation,
- Registration fees and the various types of registrations,
- Revenue and disbursement updates,
- Benefits to owner/operator.
